Medicare rebates are available for initial and follow up consultations. We will advise you of your rebate and out of pocket cost of your appointment at the time of booking.

Out of Pocket Costs for Procedures

The level of coverage varies on the type of procedure, level of cover you have, your waiting periods and the exclusions of your health fund. 

Dr Ferencz will inform you of any out of pocket expenses at your consultation.  We ask that patients contact their health insurer once they have been informed of any anticipated out of pocket costs.  We have found patients are increasingly disappointed by the rebates offered by their health funds, if your fund does not offer you what you consider to be a fair rebate for the services provided we encourage you to choose an alternative fund which may offer you more benefits.
